  I've read a number of the other comments that have been less than happy and I have to disagree with most of the negative statements. I live in the section north of the laundry building, not the brick front units south of the laundry. With no exception the neighbors are all friendly and helpful and the staff always waves and says hello. I've had the opportunity to live in the complex three times over the last 40 plus years and can't really say anything negative. Yes the laundry room can be skunky, but it is obvious that the people using it are the cause of the trouble and the staff is there every morning cleaning up the mess. The reserved parking is a wonderful bonus. Most of the dog owners are respectful of everyone and pick up after their pets. The complex has convenient "doggie bag" dispensers positioned along the parking road. There are adequate dumpsters even if not everyone uses them properly. I have never experienced anyone that struck me as a druggie or had any issues with my neighbors.

  This use to be a great place to live but now it has stray cats all over the place and the complex says there is nothing they can do about it, and you have to deal with it. The new Drug recovering tenants are feeding these stray cats and therefore they are multiplying.The quality of people moving in are terrible they are recovering drug addicts (or so they claim) and there are people coming all times of day and night. I cannot wait until my lease is up I will be running out of here. Do not move here. It really is not a nice place to live.
